Senior 2 Group Expectations

Senior 2 swimmers are expected to attend 6 practices each week when there are no morning practices and 8 practices each week on weeks of morning practice.

Senior 2 swimmers are expected to attend all long course practices in Savannah during the summer months and on Saturdays year round.

All senior 2 swimmers are expected to arrive to practice on time and are expected to stay the full length of practice. This includes dry-land training.

Swimmers are expected to attend at least 90% of swim meets throughout each season.
Age Group 3 Expectations

Swimmers are expected to attend 5 practices each week during the school year and 7 practices each week during the summer months.

Swimmers are exprected to attend all long course practices in Savannah during the summer months and on Saturdays year round.

Swimmers and Sportsmanship

Demonstrate proper meet behavior (i.e. not throwing cap, goggles, sportsmanship, support teammates)

Show respect to your coaches and teammates

Respect pools, locker rooms, team equipment and other swimmers' property
Swimmers and Training

Understand and take responsibility for attendance and performance, habits in practice and how these relate to meet performance

Swimmers are expected to consistentaly improve commitment level and training/racing ability from season to season.

Swimmers and External Training Factors
